Shipping & Delivery
We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and Ships status. Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Returns & Replacements
If you decide that you would like to return the item or items that you purchased from Cloud Nine Comforts, we must receive your item within 30 days from your purchase.  
Cloud Nine Comforts will not cover returned item’s shipping cost, the customer must provide payment of returned item’s shipping cost.  
You must contact Cloud Nine Comforts’s customer service at info@cloudninecomforts.com if you would like to return your item(s) from Cloud Nine Comforts.  A customer service representative will email or fax you a form that must be completely and accurately filled out and placed inside the box with the returned items.  If you have any questions about this form please feel free to contact Cloud Nine Comforts customer service.  We also ask that you write the RA number given to you by an Cloud Nine Comforts customer service member and/or the original invoice number given to you on your original receipt on the outside of the returned box in black permanent marker.  The invoice number must coincide with the invoice that has the item being returned on it.  
If the returned item is received within the 30 days from purchase, your returned item will be subjected to a strict inspection.  Your item must pass the inspection for return to be accepted by Cloud Nine Comforts.  The returned item must be returned in its’ original packaging, brand new, unused, and unwashed condition; just as you received the item.  If your returned item does not pass the inspection you will immediately be notified as to why via telephone or email.  
At that time you will have the option to provide payment for returned shipping of the item back to you.  Cloud Nine Comforts will not return the item back to you until shipping cost payment has been received in full from the customer.  
If your returned item is received and in compliance to Cloud Nine Comforts’s return policy, your payment for returned item(s) will be reimbursed to you in full, minus original shipping cost.
